You receive detailed monthly reports, real-time updates on maintenance and operations, and a dedicated contact reachable around the clock. We are your eyes and hands on the water.
We manage superyachts, traditional Indonesian phinisi, sailing yachts, and motor vessels — typically from 15 metres and above. Whether your vessel is flagged for private use or generating charter income, we adapt our services to your situation. We also consult on vessels before purchase, so if you're still in the selection process we can help from day one.
Completely transparent. You receive a detailed monthly statement covering all income, operating expenses, maintenance costs, and upcoming planned expenditure. Every invoice is shared with you, and any expenditure above the agreed monthly threshold requires your explicit approval before we proceed. You will never receive a surprise bill.
Yes — the majority of vessels we manage operate in charter. We support private yachts, active charter yachts, and hybrid operations where the owner sails privately part of the year. We are not a charter sales company: we manage the operation and ensure the vessel is maintained to the highest standard regardless of how it's used.
We maintain daily communication with captains and crews across our fleet. Our permanent operational monitoring means most issues are identified and resolved before they become emergencies. We are available 365 days a year, and when urgent situations arise, our network across the archipelago means response times are measured in hours, not days.
